Refund and cancellation policy
How to cancel a booking and how refunds are made.
Qurbani bookings
Cancellation and refund requests are accepted up to 3 days before Eid ul Adha. After this, a booking cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Aqeeqah and Sadqah bookings
Changes or cancellations are possible up to 3 days before the Aqeeqah or Sadqah date.
Refund amount and timing
Full refund, no deduction or fee, processed within 3–7 business days.
Refund method
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. To request a cancellation, contact us with your order number.
