Request help promptly

If you need to request a correction, cancellation or refund review, contact support as soon as possible and include your order reference and billing email. A request is not a guarantee of cancellation or refund.

Before sending a request

  • Do not place a second order to correct the first one.
  • Do not email bank card numbers, passwords or one-time codes.
  • Keep your order confirmation and any relevant bank-transfer reference.
  • Wait for an explicit response before assuming the booking has changed.
