Non-receipt of payment but debit from your account requires producing the payment receipt sent to your email.
Meat Distribution Policy:
Qurbani Centre does not deliver meat; collection must be managed within 2-3 hours of sacrifice.
Unclaimed shares distributed to the needy through channel partners, including NGOs and social workers.
Payment Methods:
Preferred method: Bank transfer with no processing charges; bank details provided during order placement.
Credit or debit card payments handled securely by a payment gateway; Qurbani Centre does not record card details.
Payment confirmation via screenshots sent through online platforms like UPI, NEFT, Phone Pe, Google, and Paytm to WhatsApp or email.
Order Confirmation:
Order considered complete only upon receiving the order number.
Booking deemed completed once the amount is credited.
Litigation Jurisdiction:
Jurisdiction for any litigation will be the city where Qurbani Centre is headquartered.
