What happens to the meat
After the Qurbani is performed, all of the meat is distributed to people in need. It is not delivered to the donor, and the donor does not choose the recipients. Qurbani is performed within India and specific locations are not published.

How you are informed
Once your Qurbani is performed, a confirmation is sent to you on WhatsApp. You can also look up the status recorded for your order on the Track Booking page. The status comes from the booking record; it does not show field activity or fulfilment progress.
How the animal is handled
Each animal is hand-slaughtered by an experienced Muslim slaughterer, without stunning, during the days of Eid ul Adha. The animals are goats and buffalo, bought from third-party suppliers. Animal weight is not fixed, and photos on the website are for illustration. The Transparency page covers these points.
If you want to ask about a booking
For a question about a booking, contact support with your order number. The contact page lists email, phone and WhatsApp. Support will never ask for passwords, card details or one-time codes.
What donors can expect and not expect
Expect: a WhatsApp confirmation once the Qurbani is performed, a booking status on the Track Booking page, and the meat distributed to people in need. Do not expect: meat delivered to you, a choice of recipients, a published location, or published recipient numbers.
Photos on the website are for illustration, and animal weight is not fixed. A Qurbani booking can be cancelled up to 3 days before Eid ul Adha with a full refund; after that date it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Aqeeqah bookings
The Aqeeqah options follow the same rule on the meat: the description of each Aqeeqah option states that the meat is distributed to people in need. A confirmation is sent on WhatsApp once the sacrifice is performed, and the name entered is the child’s name.
